The core competence lies in the development of reliable and durable coating solutions in the field of corrosion protection for buried gas supply pipelines, pipe segments, fittings and pipe bends as well as valves.
• The PROTEGOL® Coatings product range for the oil and gas sector includes solvent-free polyurethane and epoxy resin coatings that have been tried and tested over decades and meet, among other things, the requirements of the DIN EN 10290 and DIN EN 10289 standards for "Steel pipes and fittings for onshore and offshore pipelines".
• PROTEGOL® Coatings are characterized by fast curing and have thus proved particularly useful in the field of pipeline rehabilitation. Uneconomical downtimes are minimized, since trench backfilling and re-commissioning of the pipeline are possible only a short time after the coating work.
• The processing of the products by the airless hot-spray process enables fast, high-quality coating both in the factory and in the field. The products are applied directly to the surface to be protected in a single operation and without primer.
